Materials/Equipment (Form 7A)

Description:

List any changes that you can make in purchasing materials or equipment. Graph from Form 3 is displayed here as an informational resource.

Goal:

Determine what material and/or equipment purchases that will be delayed, eliminated or reduced.

Column Description:

Materials/Equipment – This is an itemized list of material/or equipment that can be delayed/eliminated or reduced in the budget.

Delay, Eliminate, or Reduce – Decide what will happen to the line item and write that in the corresponding cell.

Consequence – This is a comment box to describe the effect of your choice to delay, eliminate, or reduce funding for the line item.

Initial Cost – List the original funding for the item.

Reduced Cost – List the amount of funding for the line item after delay, elimination, or reduction.

Cost Saved – This is the difference between the initial and reduced cost.
