    Abstract: The article explored how school administrator's goal orientation affected their leadership self-efficacy. The study used established surveys of leadership self-efficacy and goal orientation to gather data and regression to analyze the findings. The results of the study indicated a strong relationship between school administrators' self-efficacy and their goal orientation. The authors conclude that for a school leader to have high self-efficacy, he or she must have a mastery of goal orientation.
